Reimbursement Process
Event and community related out-of-pocket expenditure reimbursement process for Evangelists.
Before you start: Get approval from your contact at Blockstack PBC. This is likely someone on the Community Team. If you're not able to front the expenses before getting reimbursed, please work with us to find another solution. Otherwise, this process will ensure you get paid back quickly.
We immensely appreciate the work you do and prioritize getting you paid back quickly. If the following options don't work for you, please let us know so we can work with you directly to find a method that works best.

Via PayPal
Ideally we can reimburse you via PayPal. To be reimbursed by PayPal, please send an email to [email protected] with including your PayPal email address, your receipts, and the total amount to be reimbursed.

with BTC
In some cases we can reimburse you in Bitcoin if that is your preference. To use this option send an email to [email protected] with your receipts and the total amount you need reimbursed as well as the Bitcoin wallet address you'd like us to send to.

Via ACH
If PayPal and payment in BTC don't work for you, we can try to directly deposit money to your bank account. To use this option send an email to [email protected] with your receipts and the total amount you need reimbursed as well as your bank's routing number and your account number.

Via Mailed Check
This is a bit slower as you have to wait for a check in the mail, however if this is preferable, simply send your receipts, who the check should be made payable to, the total reimbursement amount, and your mailing address in an email to [email protected].
